Hire with confidence.
Review verified recommendations, work experience, and skills—authenticated by people who've worked with the candidate directly.
What the Verified Badge Means
- Credentials are verified by real people who have worked with the candidate directly—supervisors, educators, or colleagues.
- Every submission passes automated fraud detection and manual review before appearing on a candidate's profile.
- The verified badge appears only on entries that have been confirmed authentic—no self-reported claims.
Why Curridex for Hiring
- Verified before you receive them — Every recommendation and experience entry has been authenticated by Curridex before a candidate can share it.
- Save time on reference checks — No more chasing down references. Everything is already verified and ready.
- Reduce hiring risk — Fraud detection and manual review ensure you see authentic credentials.
- See real performance — Verified skills and recommendations show actual ability, not just years of experience.
How to View Verified Credentials
Candidates can share their verified credentials with you in three ways:
- Resume or CV link — If the candidate has included a Curridex profile link on their resume or CV, click it to go straight to their verified public profile.
- Credentials PDF — A candidate may attach their Credentials PDF to their application—a formatted summary of their skills, experience, and recommendations. Always confirm authenticity by checking their live profile at curridex.com/username.
- Search by username — Visit curridex.com/username directly to view their public profile, or use the search bar on the For Employers page.
Always confirm on the live profile. The candidate's curridex.com/username page is the only authoritative source of their verified credentials.
